This Commercial License Order Form (“Order”) is entered into by Sent, Inc. (“Sent”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the entity named below (“Subscriber” or “you” and its derivatives) (each a “Party” and collectively, “Parties”). This Order incorporates and is subject to Sent’s Online Terms of Service (the “Online Terms of Service”, “TOS”, or “MSA” and together with this Order, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order have the meanings given in the Online Terms of Service.
